Bug Trackers doesn't list current version

When posting a new issue in the STV 3.0 Bug Tracking area, then version pull-down only lists version 3.1.3 and 3.1.4, it should be updated to include all versions (or at least a choice of "current version" or "latest version" since that can be fixed!)

What would be really cool would be a "reported version", and a "fixed version" so that if you were looking through old reports you would know when the issue was addressed.
