Help Topic: Contacting Sensible Cocoa

The most convenient way of contacting us is via creating a new support ticket. To create a support ticket, click on the arrow next to your username at the top right corner, then click on the Client Area link. Once you are there, click on the Support tab, then click the New Request button.

**Important** If you're contacting us regarding a technical support issue, please only open a support ticket if the issue is critical or contains sensitive information relating to your project that you cannot share in public. The preferred way of handling support requests is via the STV community forums. Using the forums will give you the exact same level of support, with the added benefit of helping out others, and in turn, others helping you out.
